AMVETS Post 124 host breakfast for the 299th Chemical Company of the Kentucky Army National Guard.

Members of the 299th Chemical Company were greeted upon arrival with a full course breakfast when they arrived for assembly prior to departure for training. The AMVETS family arrived at the local armory at 6:00 AM to prepare a full course breakfast for the guard. The unit is once again being recalled to serve in the war against terrorism and will be deployed in early spring. AMVETS considers it an honor to support this unit and will continue to support the unit after their deployment with care packages and support the members families while deployed. Just another part of fullfilling the AMVETS mission, " Veterans serving veterans, their families and members of the armed forces". Click the image for additional photos.
